Nathan Dale – Chief Executive Officer
Since graduating with a Masters in Business, Nathan has become a well respected and multi-award winning Australian entrepreneur. Growing up in a builder’s family, Nathan has been exposed to all facets of the building industry and through this knowledge, developed a business model that can ensure top class, holistic service at very competitive prices. Integrating individual values with organisational values has helped Nathan to develop a team of industry leaders that can deliver quality and efficiency. As Managing Director, Nathan has guided Intact Group through the GFC and emerged as a critical player, not only just in the building industry, but across Australian business. Nathan's achievements were most recently recognised when he was awarded the 2012 Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the Australian Small Business Awards.

Nathan is a strong advocate for SMEs and entrepreneurship, featuring regularly at business seminars and in media such as Sky Business, Switzer, 2UE, The Australian Financial Review, The Daily Telegraph and Sydney Morning Herald.
Scot Pittaway – Managing Director
With over 12 years experience in the building industry, Scot joined Intact Group in 2007 as our Operations Manager. Coming from a Carpentry trade background, he has since completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, as well as his Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.

Scot’s efficiency and dedication has ensured Intact Group’s progression as a leading competitor in the market as he guides our team. His resourceful and effective method of co-ordinating and managing the on-site teams, support services and clients has assisted in the development of our company and it’s ethos of loyalty, support and professionalism. Intact Group encourages collaborative efforts to establish policies and procedures at the highest standard, and Scot has been a key enforcer of implementing quality management.

Consistently proving his quality in leadership, Scot ensures that both clients and staff alike feel their needs and expectations are being heard and met by maintaining effective and informative communication between stakeholders
Katrina Garcia– Director of Business Services
With over 8 years in the property services industry Katrina is a strong communication professional and business strategist with extensive knowledge of strategic growth and planning. From working one day a week with Intact Group she has since grown with the company, working from an assistant role, to leading the financial and administration teams where she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to process and systems improvements.

Her latest and greatest challenge here at Intact Group is as the Director of Business Services, including the implementation of Intact Groups new Work Order and Financial Management System, a system that will simplify and centralise the way we work with all stakeholders.

Katrina is also dedicated to her own continuous improvement, and is undertaking her Diploma of Law part time to assist with her support of Intact Group’s critical business services, and has completed Bachelors Degree in Communication and Cultural Studies.
Tiffany Watson – Operations Manager – North (NSW/QLD/ACT/NZ)
Tiffany brings to Intact Group a wide range of logistics knowledge gained through her extensive background. She started her career as a Weighbridge Operator with one of Australia’s largest construction suppliers but in less than three years she had been promoted to a State Allocators position. Tiffany then moved to an Operations Supervisor role within one of Brisbane’s oldest plumbing businesses who specialise in quality maintenance and construction.

Tiffany joined Intact Group’s regional department in July 2016 as an Operations Co-ordinator. Within her first year, she demonstrated such extensive knowledge and co-operation that she was promoted to Team Leader. Currently, Tiffany is responsible for the operations commitments of the Northern region.
Shayne Kelly – Account Manager
Known for his unwavering dedication to his clients and team, Shayne looks after client portfolio’s in the Southern AU region; including Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. Having completed his carpentry apprenticeship and qualification in England before heading to our shores, Shayne brings technical knowledge and experience to his role as Account Manager. Having worked his way up in the automotive trade space to Dealership Owner and CEO further allows Shayne the insight into the demands and requirements his clients face daily. Shayne attributes his successful career to his passion for honesty, integrity and a no-holds-barred approach to finding the best solution to any problem. Shayne brings with him a keen eye and an intuitive nature that will make Intact Group more competitive and dynamic in its approach to doing business and his belief in growing and fostering relationships will benefit both client and Intact for many years.
Beti Ford - Chief Finance Officer
Starting her career at KPMG, Beti has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and leader across multiple industries such as IT, Construction, Asset Management and Manufacturing. The property environment is one Beti is no stranger to, having worked on the management team for such projects as World Square for BGIS (formerly Brookfield), and through her experience at Adelaide Development Company.
Joining Intact Group in 2014 Beti is passionate about identifying and closing gaps to improve information quality of delivery and maximise cost efficiencies for our client. Motivated by her drive for transparency, open communication and authentic leadership Beti is leading the charge for strategic growth and continuous improvement across all Intact Group departments.
Clare Featherston - Southern Operations Manager
Not one to shy away from a challenge, Clare started her career in Italy as an operations and project manager for La Marzocco, naturally! Over her 13 year adventure Clare worked her way through the organisation, eventually leading to the position of General Manager before heading back to our shores to take up the position of Operations Manager for La Marzocco Australasia.
Clare got her taste in property working as an Operations Manager for a leading Melbourne development and surveying company, where she headed up the ISO9001 transition and managed maintenance and property.
Clare brings her passion for people to Intact Group, where she leads the Southern Operations team in client and service delivery, focusing on process improvement and delivery for all clients and their end users.
