Nathan Dale – Chief Executive Officer
Since graduating with a Masters in Business, Nathan has become a well respected and multi-award winning Australian entrepreneur. Growing up in a builder’s family, Nathan has been exposed to all facets of the building industry and through this knowledge, developed a business model that can ensure top class, holistic service at very competitive prices. Integrating individual values with organisational values has helped Nathan to develop a team of industry leaders that can deliver quality and efficiency. As Managing Director, Nathan has guided Intact Group through the GFC and emerged as a critical player, not only just in the building industry, but across Australian business. Nathan's achievements were most recently recognised when he was awarded the 2012 Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the Australian Small Business Awards.

Whilst managing Intact Group Nathan has readily involved himself and developed skills in many philanthropic academic activities, such as the Low Energy High Rise Project (LEHR) with The Warren Centre; assisting this project as part of a group exploring the strengths, opportunities and obstacles associated with improving the energy rating of existing building through operational means.

Nathan is a strong advocate for SMEs and entrepreneurship, featuring regularly at business seminars and in media such as Sky Business, Switzer, 2UE, The Australian Financial Review, The Daily Telegraph and Sydney Morning Herald.
 
Scot Pittaway – Managing Director
With over 12 years experience in the building industry, Scot joined Intact Group in 2007 as our Operations Manager. Coming from a Carpentry trade background, he has since completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, as well as his Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.

Scot’s efficiency and dedication has ensured Intact Group’s progression as a leading competitor in the market as he guides our team. His resourceful and effective method of co-ordinating and managing the on-site teams, support services and clients has assisted in the development of our company and it’s ethos of loyalty, support and professionalism. Intact Group encourages collaborative efforts to establish policies and procedures at the highest standard, and Scot has been a key enforcer of implementing quality management.

Consistently proving his quality in leadership, Scot ensures that both clients and staff alike feel their needs and expectations are being heard and met by maintaining effective and informative communication between stakeholders
 
Katrina Garcia– Director of Business Services
With over 8 years in the property services industry Katrina is a strong communication professional and business strategist with extensive knowledge of strategic growth and planning. From working one day a week with Intact Group she has since grown with the company, working from an assistant role, to leading the financial and administration teams where she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to process and systems improvements.

Her latest and greatest challenge here at Intact Group is as the Director of Business Services, including the implementation of Intact Groups new Work Order and Financial Management System, a system that will simplify and centralise the way we work with all stakeholders.

Katrina is also dedicated to her own continuous improvement, and is undertaking her Diploma of Law part time to assist with her support of Intact Group’s critical business services, and has completed Bachelors Degree in Communication and Cultural Studies.
 
Basel Elahmadieh – Account Director
Joining Intact Group in 2016, Basel brings with him an impressive careers experience within the FM services industry, working with such clients as CBA and Westpac. With over 9 years experience in the FM industry Basel started his carer with CBA Group Property as a FC&FM and managed their major Sydney CBD Precincts. After winning the prestigious FMA Young Achiever of the Year Award in 2014 Basel further developed his career with Cushman Wakefield where he managed the flagship Barangaroo precinct.

With an industry diploma in Operations & FM from the Property Council of Australia Basel was a very welcome addition to the Intact Group team.

In his role as Account Director Basel is responsible for providing leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure Intact Group has the proper organisational controls, administrative/reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organisation; ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency.
 
Madeleine Stewart – Director of Finance
Originally an Arts graduate, majoring in Philosophy, Madeleine has a unique background for a finance professional. After dedicating several years to developing her interpersonal and communication skills, she is in a position to strengthen the understanding between finance and operations.

Madeleine has held a wide range of finance roles in the last eight years including external and internal audit, group finance, and management and financial accounting. The diversity of these positions enabled her to develop the necessary skills to provide Intact with sustainable value chain process improvement, efficient reporting models and pro-active innovative commercial solutions.

In addition to a Master of Commerce (MCom), Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) and Diploma of Financial Planning, Madeleine is also a member of the Chartered Accountants (CA) organisation and has over ten years of property management experience.

Madeleine joined Intact Group in May 2018 with an objective to deliver management and leadership to the Finance Team and work with the Executive Team on the strategic direction of the wider business.
 
Tiffany Watson – Operations Manager – North (NSW/QLD/ACT/NZ)
Tiffany brings to Intact Group a wide range of logistics knowledge gained through her extensive background. She started her career as a Weighbridge Operator with one of Australia’s largest construction suppliers but in less than three years she had been promoted to a State Allocators position. Tiffany then moved to an Operations Supervisor role within one of Brisbane’s oldest plumbing businesses who specialise in quality maintenance and construction.

Tiffany joined Intact Group’s regional department in July 2016 as an Operations Co-ordinator. Within her first year, she demonstrated such extensive knowledge and co-operation that she was promoted to Team Leader. Currently, Tiffany is responsible for the operations commitments of the Northern region.
 
David Le Plastrier – Account Manager, South
David comes to Intact Group having engaged in an extensive career within the property industry focused on understanding client needs and achieving the desired results for them. The last five years David has specialised in providing services within the Facility Management sector building great rapport with industry colleagues and ensuring that clients are highly satisfied with the services being provided onsite. David is a strategic thinker always reviewing operational issues from a client perspective and developing processes and procedures that will assist the operation teams to fulfil client requirements efficiently.

In 2012 David refreshed his workplace experience by undertaking the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and completing his Diploma Of Management. This has proven invaluable and insightful in his subsequent endeavours.

In his role as Account Manager – South David is committed to building strong relationships with Intact Group’s clients in Vic, Tas, SA, WA and NT. David works closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met across the portfolio. David also is actively engaged in the strategic planning and growth of the organisation.

 
Jeff Anderson – Account Manager, North
With over 15 years’ experience as a senior cabinet maker, Jeff joined Intact Group’s management team in February 2018.

A qualified and well experienced craftsman in design, manufacturing, installation and sales, Jeff brings with him a wealth of knowledge and an eye for detail as-well-as a comprehensive understanding of the building industry, having experience in residential and commercial scale projects.

Additionally, Jeff has a Certificate IV in Colour and Design from the International School of Colour and Design (ISCD).

In his role as Account Manager North, Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day management of the NSW, ACT, QLD and New Zealand account portfolio. Daily, he works parallel with the national operations team to ensure efficient and effective account management, whilst playing an active role in the business’ strategic growth.
